This Digital Planner Pack was designed to help you stay organized, focused, and make planning your week out a breeze. As a graphic designer and business owner that copes with ADHD every day, I designed this set with both a daily and weekly planner in a way that specifically helps me stay on task and prioritize things each day. For me, writing tasks down on paper and being able to jot down thoughts, meetings, and lists for the week is key to managing my ADHD and helping my time management. I've used these every day for the last two years and it's completely changed how much I'm able to accomplish by putting my thoughts and schedule on paper!
1. Seven boxes for each day of the week that allows you to write and prioritize tasks, meetings, and to-dos.
2. A box with space to jot down your main priorities and intentions for the week.
3. A 'Notes to Self' section where you can write down any thoughts you want to remember to help cope with hyperfixation.
